    Created by Hermann, when is was located in West Germany, from caramel mohair, and fully jointed
    Sewn in tags and red plastic logo tag as ID.   One sewn-in tags says "Payne The Original Toothache Bear" on one side and "Made Exclusively for Bear with Us" on the other.
