It's Made Of Solid Oak For Long Life. The Rollers And Gears Are Cast-Aluminum, And The Bushings Are Made Of Steel. Easy To Clean: The Wooden Fruit Crusher Is Also Easy To Clean. The Hopper Can Be Detached, Exposing All The Inner Workings. Just Scrub It Down And Blast It With Water.
