    VINTAGE TURKMEN PENDANT -  Traditional Triangular Pendant - Old Tribal Jewelry from Turkmenistan in Central Asia
    This large Turkmen (Turkoman) pendant was handcrafted during the mid-1900's for the Ersari sub-tribe of Turkmenistan in Central Asia.
    It is vintage tribal jewelry - not a new reproduction.
    MEASUREMENTS (1 inch = 2.54 cm)

    This triangular pendant was sturdily made and does not bend. It has long charm dangles and a deep-red bead in the center to ward off the evil-eye.
    It is in excellent condition, with mild wear-patterns and a warm age-patina.
    To show relative size, I put the pendant on a new 18-inch display neck-cord to photograph it as a necklace on a manikin. This display cord is included free with purchase, but you can easily remove it if you want to.
